You must have an confirmed booking to enter the premises.
You can book Same-Day Appointments with a minimum 2-hour notice, if slots are open, or schedule up to 2 months in advance.

If you can't find a time on our online calendar, it's already taken.

Studio Policies and Regulations

At Leviticus Body Artistry, your safety and well-being are our top priorities. We have established the following policies and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for both our clients and artists. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these guidelines before scheduling an appointment:

 Making an Appointments and Entry Requirements:
  • Appointments can only be booked through our website. 
  • If no availabilities are shown, we may be fully booked or appointment closed, but check back later or message us to inquire about any openings that become available.
  • Detailed instructions will be sent before your appointment to help you prepare.
  • Wearing a mask that covers your nose and mouth is mandatory during your entire visit to the studio.
  • Only the person with the appointment is allowed to enter the studio; no guests are permitted.
  • If you have experienced any symptoms of illness, had a fever, or tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days, please contact the studio to reschedule your appointment for a later date.

 Piercing Restrictions:
  • You cannot be pierced if you are pregnant or nursing.
  • We do not allow the use of numbing agents for piercing appointments. Applying any numbing agent will result in a rebooking fee.
  • As per Artist Discretion, Piercing services are open to Female and LGBTQ Clients only. This is to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all clients and Artists.
  • Piercing services are unavailable for new male clients. This limitation excludes Returning client referrals

  • We do not offer the following piercings:
    • Industrial Piercing
    • Dermal Piercing or Surface Piercing
    • Oral Piercings such as Tongue, Snake Eye, Cheek
    • Nipple
    • Genital
    • Any experimental or risky piercings that may not heal well.

    If you book a service we do not offer, we will cancel your appointment.

 Age Restrictions:

  • We require parental consent for all piercing services performed on clients ages 14-17 years old.

    Parental Consent Requirements:

    • For minors aged 14 to 17, parental consent is mandatory. A parent or legal guardian must be present without exceptions. Both the minor and the legal guardian must provide valid photo ID and Vaccine Card (such as passport, driver’s license, or birth certificate).
    • Clients aged 18 and up do not need parental consent.

 Jewelry and Materials:
  • All piercings must be performed using jewelry from our studio to ensure material quality, sizing, surface finish, and sterilization safety.
  • We offer a range of implant-grade titanium jewelry suitable for sensitive skin and various style preferences.
  • If you have specific jewelry requirements or allergies, please contact us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

  • If you would like to repierce or reinstall jewelry that has been previously purchased at our studio, Please contact us for more information regarding the required timeline and procedure for Reprocessing Service.

 Healing Responsibilities:
  • While we take every precaution during your appointment, it is your responsibility to care for your body and your piercing or tattoo after leaving our studio.
  • If you have any questions or concerns about the healing process, please contact us promptly. We are here to assist you.

 ID and Vaccine Card Policy:
  • A valid photo ID (e.g., driver's license, passport, office ID) is required for all clients when booking appointments. 
  • For the safety of our clients and artists, proof of vaccination may be required as per local health guidelines.

 

 Updates and Changes:
  • Any modifications to these policies will be communicated through our social media channels and website.

    Piercing Rates

    For a detailed breakdown of our rates, please refer to our pricing list and guidelines below:

    Rate for new piercings cover implant grade titanium jewelry with bead ends as the standard option.
    You can choose to upgrade to decorative jewelry with an extra cost, which varies based on your chosen design.
    Our jewelry selection starts at P400 and varies depending on the style, size and material of the jewelry you choose. Please note that some style may not be suited on your anatomy, our Piercer will assist you in selecting the right piece.
    If the jewelry selected is not readily available pre-anodized or pre-sterile, an extra 30-40 minutes will be allocated for sterilization and/ or anodization.
    As per Artist Discretion:

    Piercing services are offered to Female and LGBTQ Clients only.
    Piercing services are unavailable for new (straight) male clients. 
    This is to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all clients and Artists.
    Every anatomy and situation is unique and different. Some services may vary in pricing depending on the complexity of service.
