You can book Same-Day Appointments with a minimum 2-hour notice, if slots are open, or schedule up to 1 month in advance.

If you can't find a time on our online calendar, it's already taken.

Studio Policies and Guidelines

Welcome to Leviticus Body Artistry!

We’re excited to have you here and want to make sure you have the best experience possible. Our guidelines help us create a safe and enjoyable environment for both our clients and artists. Take a moment to check them out before you make an appointment.


Booking Guidelines

  • All appointments must be booked through our website. Reservations through social media are not considered as confirmed bookings.
  • You must have a secured booking to enter the premises. Walk-ins will not be entertained.
  • To keep our space cozy and focused, we ask that you come alone to your appointment— no guests, kids and pets allowed.
  • Masks that cover your nose and mouth are a must during your visit.
  • If you have experienced any symptoms of illness, had a fever, or tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days, please contact the studio to reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Additional Booking Info:

  • We require a deposit to secure your booking. This will be applied towards your service and is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
    You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the original time. Please note that only one reschedule is allowed. Cancellations are not permitted, so plan accordingly. Repeated attempts to reschedule will result in being banned from receiving future services with us.
  • A P350 penalty will apply if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment.
  • Leviticus Body Artistry reserves the right to refuse service or cancel appointments.
  • By paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you agree to all our terms and conditions and give your consent for our services.

Tattoo and Piercing Guidelines

  • We cannot tattoo or pierce you if you are pregnant or nursing.
  • We do not allow the use of numbing agents for tattoo and piercing appointments.
  • If you apply any, a rebooking fee will be charged.
  • Our tattoo and piercing services are open to Female and LGBTQ clients only. This ensures a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
  • Tattoo and piercing services are unavailable for new male clients.

 

 We do not offer the following piercings

•Industrial Piercing
•Dermal Piercing
•Surface Piercing
•Oral Piercings such as Tongue, Snake Eye, Cheek
•Nipple 
•Genital
•Any experimental or risky piercings that may not heal well.

 If you book a service we do not offer, we will cancel your appointment.


    Age Requirements

    We welcome clients of all ages but have some guidelines in place for younger clients:

    Placement Age
    Earlobes 14+
    Ear Cartilage 14+
    Nostril, Septum, Lip, Eyebrow 18+
    Navel 18+
    Tattoos 18+

    Parental Consent:

    • We do not pierce babies and minors below 13 years old.
    • If you're between 14 and 17, a parent or legal guardian needs to be with you. Both of you must provide valid photo ID and a Vaccine Card, with birth certificate of minor,
    • If you're 18 or older, you can make your own decisions—no parental consent needed.


    Jewelry, Materials, and Sterilization Standards

    • We are committed to following the highest standards of safety and hygiene in all our practices. Our state-of-the-art sterilization facility ensures that all jewelry, piercing, and tattoo implements are thoroughly sterilized, providing a safe and clean environment for our clients.
    • We use only the highest quality materials for all piercings and tattoos to ensure quality and safety.
    • For piercings, we offer a range of implant-grade titanium and gold jewelry suitable for sensitive skin and various style preference.
    • If you have specific jewelry needs, allergies, or concerns about tattoo inks or materials, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
    • For your safety and to ensure the highest quality, we only use jewelry purchased from our store. Outside sourced jewelry is not permitted.

    Healing Responsibilities

    You will be instructed on how to properly care for your new body adornments.
    We take every precaution during your appointment, but taking care of your new tattoo or piercing once you leave the studio is up to you.

    How our pricing works:

    Piercing Fee (If you opt for default jewelry, you will only pay for piercing fee)
    + (Jewelry Cost)
    + (Aftercare Cost)

    For a detailed breakdown of our rates, please refer to our pricing list and guidelines below:

    Rate for new piercings cover implant grade titanium jewelry with bead ends as the standard option.
    You can choose to upgrade to decorative jewelry with an extra cost, which varies based on your chosen design.
    Our jewelry selection starts at P400 and varies depending on the style, size and material of the jewelry you choose. Please note that some style may not be suited on your anatomy, our Piercer will assist you in selecting the right piece.
    If the jewelry selected is not readily available pre-anodized or pre-sterile, an extra 30-40 minutes will be allocated for sterilization and/ or anodization.
    As per Artist Discretion:

    Piercing services are offered to Female and LGBTQ Clients only.
    Piercing services are unavailable for new male/ identifies as male clients. 
    This is to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all clients and Artists.
    Every anatomy and situation is unique and different. Some services may vary in pricing depending on the complexity of service.
