REFUND POLICY

Our jewelry is carefully packed in sterile-sealed bags for shipping. Before opening the bag, ensure the jewelry is undamaged, the right size (with a margin of +/- 0.5 millimeters), and meets your expectations. Due to the nature of body jewelry and hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the bag is opened.

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and will replace any item with manufacturer's defects. Contact us within 14 days for a full exchange. We don't offer cash refunds, only store credit or exchanges.

Refunds are only issued if there was an error with your order before shipment, such as an item being out of stock. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable once an order is dispatched. If the item you're exchanging for costs less than your original purchase, we'll credit the price difference to your account. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Once our jewelry has been worn, it's ineligible for exchange.

Gem and stone settings are delicate. To prolong the life of your jewelry, handle it with care when opening and closing the locks. Avoid bending around gem settings, as this can damage gemstones or beadwork. We cannot repair jewelry that's been damaged or broken after being worn.

We don't accept returns or offer free repairs for pieces damaged due to rough wear or inadequate care. While we're happy to repair or replace such pieces, a fee will apply.
