Studio Policies and Guidelines

We’re excited to have you here! Our guidelines help us create a safe and enjoyable environment for both our clients and artists. Please review these before booking.

Appointments and Advance Booking

You can schedule your appointment up to 1 month in advance. Your booking will be secured with an intake form and deposit.

Same-Day Appointments

Same-day bookings are welcome, NO WALKINS message us first to check availability before going. Reach out via Livechat, Messenger, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp.

Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 8 hours of your appointment. Only one reschedule is allowed. A P450 penalty applies if you are more than 10 minutes late.

Tattoo and Piercing Guidelines

  • We cannot tattoo or pierce you if you are pregnant or nursing.
  • No numbing agents allowed (a rebooking fee applies if used).
  • Piercing services: Open to Female and LGBTQ clients only; currently unavailable for new male clients.
    (Male companions can wait at the lobby)

Piercings We Do Not Offer

Dermal, Surface, Nipple, Genital, or Oral piercings (Lip, Tongue, Snake Eye, Cheek).

Age Requirements

Service/Placement Minimum Age
Earlobes & Cartilage 14+
Nostril, Septum, Eyebrow 16+
Navel & Tattoos 18+

Parental Consent (Ages 14-17)

For all minor appointments, a parent or legal guardian must be present. Please bring valid photo IDs for both parties and the minor's birth certificate.

Note on Companions:  Our studio is dedicated to providing a comfortable atmosphere for women and the LGBT community. Aside from our artist, we kindly request that all guests and guardians in the studio be Female or LGBTQ+

Jewelry and Hygiene

  • We use only implant-grade titanium and 14k, 18k gold
  • For safety and quality control, we only use jewelry purchased from our studio.
  • All equipment is sterilized in our state-of-the-art facility.
