• You must present a Valid ID and Vaccination card, regardless of Age. Company ID and School ID are acepted.
• Only the person with the appointment is allowed to enter the studio; no guests are permitted. Guests will be asked to wait at the hallway/ waiting area.
• You will be asked to use hand sanitizer and shoe cover when entering the studio, as well as any time you touch your face/ piercings or any merchandise in the studio.
• To prevent dizziness or lightheadedness
  post-piercing, ensure you eat something within two hours before your appointment.
• For a safe piercing and tattoo, it's essential not to have health conditions that could pose a risk, such as pregnancy/nursing, hemophilia, cold/flu, infections, compromised immune system, etc. Certain conditions may necessitate a waiver from your doctor. Feel free to email us to discuss any potential health concerns.
• Refrain from blood thinners, such as pain relievers (Advil/Alaxan/Ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin, etc.), and/or alcohol for a minimum of 12 hours before your piercing. Additionally, please avoid using topical anesthetics.
• We accept payments thru GCash, Maya, BPI Transfer, and Credit Card payments including Visa and Mastercard. Credit Card payments include processing fees
• We will allow a maximum of 2-3 piercings at one time, depending on location and difficulty of care.
• As per Artist Discretion, Piercing services are open to Female and LGBTQ Clients only. This is to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all clients and Artists.
• Piercing services are unavailable for new (straight) male clients. This limitation excludes Returning client referrals
  
  Placement Guidelines for Piercing:
  
• Your piercer will suggest an appropriate placement, allowing you to agree or propose minor adjustments.
• Some piercings, like daith or septum, are entirely anatomy-dependent and may not involve your input. Your piercer is committed to declining placements that may impede proper healing.
• Once a mutually agreed-upon placement is established, the piercer will sanitize the area, change into sterile gloves, and proceed with the piercing.
• After the piercing is cleaned, you'll have the opportunity to inspect it before leaving. Ensure your satisfaction with the results!
• If the piercer misses the agreed-upon mark (for piercings with customer input), kindly inform us before leaving for immediate correction.
• Contact us within 48 hours of your service if you believe the piercing placement is incorrect. Artist holds the discretion to consider adjustments. However, if it's a change of preference, a new piercing service fee applies.
• Please note that piercing service fees are non-refundable
• Kindly remain at home if you are unwell. If you show apparent signs of illness, like a cough or runny nose, we regretfully cannot proceed with the piercing, as it poses a potential risk to our staff.
• We reserve the right to decline service to any individual for any reason.

• Appointments are REQUIRED for all services. We implement closed-door policy, permitting access only to confirmed clients. Kindly text/ chat us upon your arrival, and we will let you into the studio at your designated appointment time.
• Appointments are REQUIRED for browsing or purchasing jewelry in the studio. While pre-sterilized jewelry is available for immediate use, if your chosen piece is not pre-sterilized or pre-anodized or if you have an anodized color request, an additional 30-40 minutes processing time for anodization and sterilization will apply.

Parental Consent Requirements:

• For minors aged 14 to 17, parental consent is mandatory. A parent or legal guardian must be present without exceptions. Both the minor and the legal guardian must provide valid photo ID and Vaccine Card (such as passport, driver’s license, or birth certificate).
• Clients aged 18 and up do not need parental consent.

We do not offer the following piercings:

• Industrial Piercing
• Dermal Piercing or Surface Piercing
• Oral Piercings such as Tongue, Snake Eye, Cheek
• Nipple
• Genital
• Any experimental or risky piercings that may not heal well.

If you book a service we do not offer, we will cancel your appointment.

• Pricing for jewelry is separate from piercing/installation fees.
• Penalties apply if you are late to your appointment.

  -Deposit forfeiture for 15-20 minutes
• If you no call/no show on your appointment, your deposit will automatically be forfeited.
• Our online store offers nearly our entire in-store collection, accessible 24/7. Purchases can be conveniently picked up at our door or delivered through services like Lalamove, Grab, or J&T.
• You can also browse our Shopee and Lazada stores for more options.

• All piercings must be performed using jewelry from our studio to ensure material quality, sizing, surface finish, and sterilization safety.
• We offer a range of implant-grade titanium jewelry suitable for sensitive skin and various style preferences.
• If you have specific jewelry requirements or allergies, please contact us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
• All jewelry is sterilized before sale.
• We do not install outside sourced jewelry into new or healed piercings. Verifying the standards and previous use of such jewelry is challenging, and we cannot assume liability for any potential damage to non-store-bought items.
• Additionally, we do not install damaged or inappropriate jewelry for your piercing's safety.
• For health and safety reasons, we have a strict no-return, no-exchange, and no-trade policy on jewelry—ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• If you like to re-use jewelry previously bought at Leviticus Body Artistry, your jewelry piece must undergo additional cleaning steps to be safely installed in a new or healed piercing. This process, requires you to drop off or send us your jewelry at least 2 days prior to installation, includes an inspection for damage, appropriateness of design, and size. Installation is limited to the original purchaser. We will only use the front end (decorative piece), You will be pierced with a new sterile post that is fitted to your new piercing specifically.

We understand that visiting a piercing studio may be a new experience for you, and to help you navigate, here are some guidelines:

• Avoid touching jewelry. While everything may be tempting, touching the jewelry directly is discouraged to keep it clean and pristine.
• For your safety and that of others, please avoid touching or handling your piercing(s) in the studio. This minimizes the risk of germ transfer and infection.
• If you're bringing in worn jewelry, kindly seal it in a plastic bag or container before arrival to ensure safe handling and necessary cleaning.
• We have a designated area where you can hang your bags or belongings, please do not place your phone or valuables on our set up table to avoid cross contamination on the supplies we will use on you.
• Pets are not allowed inside the studio.
