BOOKING DEPOSIT POLICY

1. Leviticus Body Artistry will be requiring a deposit to secure the date and time of appointment. Deposit is non-refundable, but is deductible from the total bill.

2. You can reschedule 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellation forfeits your deposit so plan your availability ahead.

3. P450 Penalty applies if you are 10 minutes late to your appointment.

4. Leviticus Body Artistry reserves the right to refuse service or cancel appointments.

5. Clients deposit confirms he/ she/ they agree to all the terms and conditions and indicates you consent for our service.
