To ensure a smooth and enjoyable session, please take a moment to review our Studio Regulations and Instructions. These guidelines are designed to create a safe, efficient, and creative environment for everyone.

How to Find Us
Our new studio is located at
333 Soho Tower 1, Avida City Flex, 7th Avenue cor Lane T, Bonifacio Global City
•Please bring ID to log in on Soho lobby, indicate youre going to "Leviticus Body Artistry" so guards will allow you in
Take elevator to P3, then proceed to unit 333.
Just knock when you arrive.
• Paid parking available in Mitsukoshi
Just inform the guards you are going to “Leviticus Body Artistry/ SOHO 333”

Walk to Inay’s Bakeshop, it's in front of Andok’s. Then, take a tricycle to "BGC/Metrobank Butas." You'll get off at a small path that goes into BGC. From there, walk to 7th Avenue and Lane T. Soho Tower 1 is about a 5-minute walk.

Please complete the WAIVER FORM HERE, including attaching your ID(s) and Vaccine Card before your appointment; a signed copy will be emailed to you.
STUDIO RULES
Let's keep things running smoothly! Here's our appointment and rescheduling info:
Running Late? No Problem, But...
•We get it, things happen! We can wait for 10 minutes.
•11-15 minutes late? There's a P450 late fee.
•16-19 minutes late? We'll have to move your appointment, and your deposit will stay with us.
•20 minutes or more late? We'll need to cancel, and your deposit won't be refunded. You'll need to book again with a new deposit.
•If your appointment is 30 minutes long, the 10-minute rule still applies.
Need to Reschedule? Here's How:
• You can reschedule yourself using the link in your appointment confirmation, but only if you're outside the 8-hour window before your appointment. Once you're within 8 hours of your appointment, the link will deactivate.
•To avoid losing your deposit, please give us at least 8 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.
•If you reschedule within the allowed time, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
Please let us know as soon as you know you need to reschedule.
•In fairness and accountability, should we run 15 minutes behind schedule, you will receive a complimentary upgrade from our selected designs as compensation for the inconvenience.
•Our policy maintains a client-exclusive environment. Therefore, only one female/ LGBT guest is permitted per client. Male companions are asked to wait in the Soho lobby. Children and pets are not allowed.
•There is no restroom within the studio; a designated restroom for clients is located on Podium 3 Floor.
•Video Recording is not permitted during sessions. You are welcome to take photos and videos before and after the procedure. Please request permission from your artist beforehand for any photography or videography, as it can be distracting during the session.
•Facemask is mandatory inside the studio. You will be denied entry without it. Therefore, please do not remove your facemask unless instructed to do so. Surgical or N95 Masks only. No fabric or copper masks.
•You are responsible for covering any damages caused within our studio premises.
•Our services are based on professionalism and respect. We retain the right to refuse service for any violation of studio policies or standards of conduct, including behavior that is inappropriate or creates discomfort for our artists.
APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
EAT BEFORE YOUR SESSION
Eating at least 2 hours beforehand is a good idea to increase your blood sugar levels. Fainting, dizziness, or heavy bleeding may occur if it comes with an empty stomach.
GET ENOUGH REST
Condition your body for your session. Lack of sleep or fatigue may cause dizziness and fainting to some when getting pierced/ tattooed.
COME SOBER
Avoid alcohol a day or on the day of your session. Leviticus Body Artistry can refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
STAY HYDRATED
Avoid drinks with caffeine before your session
Our set-up table is well-sanitized and sterile. Please do not place your phones or valuables to avoid cross-contamination on the supplies we will use on you.
AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS
We will provide you with detailed instructions on proper aftercare for your piercing or tattoo. You can also find these instructions here
Piercing Aftercare Instructions
For your convenience, we accept payments via GCASH, Maya, BPI, and Visa/Mastercard credit cards. We encourage cashless transactions.
